Short-stay pricing is based on a minimum of 5 nights
Monthly rates based on stays of 28 nights or more
Nightly rates are dependent on length of stay, weekends and public holidays.
Low Season
November - March
Short-stay €80 - €105 per night
Long-stay €800 per month inc utilities
During the low season, Playa de la Barrosa offers peaceful beaches, mild winter sunshine, and excellent value, making it ideal for longer, relaxed stays.
Mid Season
April - June I September & October
Short-stay €115 - €135 per night
Long-stay from €950 per month inc utilities
In mid season, the weather is beautifully warm, the beach and promenade are lively without being crowded, and restaurants and activities are fully open.
High Season
July & August - Short-stay only
Early July / late August €155 - €175 per night
Late July - mid August €175 - €195 per night
In high season, Playa La Barrosa comes alive with summer energy. Long sunny days, warm sea temperatures, vibrant beach life - everything open and buzzing.

1. Choose your dates: Check availability with us via the calendar link above.
2. Make your request via the Booking Form: We'll confirm your reservation within 24 hours.
3. Booking confirmation: Once availability is confirmed, you will receive a booking summary with dates, pricing, and accommodation details, payment instructions to secure the reservation, and a booking confirmation once payment is received.
To complete a booking, guests are asked to provide:
* 10% Deposit payable via Stripe, Paypal, Wise or Bank Transfer
*Remainder payable on or before arrival
*Refundable damage deposit to be paid on arrival (€200)
* Estimated arrival time, and any special requests or optional add-ons. (For longer stays, we may also request basic identification details in line with Spanish guest-registration requirements.)
Prior to check-in, guests receive: arrival and access information, house guidelines and practical details, local recommendations and tips, and contact details for support during their stay.
We’ll personally welcome you on arrival, help you settle in, and be there to assist when it’s time to head home.
